Patient FAQs
Questions patients ask before visiting
Appointments, charges, follow-ups and what to bring — answered plainly.
How do I book an appointment?
Use the appointment form on this website, or call the clinic directly. Requests are confirmed by phone or email, usually the same working day.
Do you see patients without an appointment?
Appointments are preferred so that enough time is kept for each patient. If you are unwell, call the clinic and we will do our best to fit you in the same day.
What is the consultation fee?
Consultation charges depend on the type of visit. Please call the clinic on +91 92511 30204 to confirm the current charges before your appointment.
Do I need to fast before coming?
Fasting is only needed if blood sugar or a lipid profile is likely to be tested. Unless you have been told otherwise, you can eat and drink normally and take your regular medicines.
Should I bring my old reports and prescriptions?
Yes — please bring previous prescriptions, recent reports and a list of medicines you currently take. It avoids repeating tests and prevents drug interactions.
Are online consultations available?
Online consultations can be arranged for follow-ups, report reviews and simple complaints. New or complex problems are usually better assessed in person.
When should I go to hospital instead of the clinic?
Chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, one-sided weakness, heavy bleeding or a sudden severe headache should be treated as an emergency. Go to the nearest hospital or call emergency services immediately.
Which conditions do you treat?
General medicine covers a wide range: fever and infections, diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid, asthma and allergies, joint pain, digestive problems, anaemia and preventive health checks. If your problem needs a specialist, you will be guided to the right one.
How often should I come for follow-up?
For stable long-term conditions, a review every three to six months is typical. If your treatment is being adjusted, or you take several medicines, reviews may be more frequent.
Is the information on this website medical advice?
No. The content here is for general awareness only and cannot replace a proper consultation, examination or diagnosis.
